Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds beef sirloin cut into strips.

1 large white onion.

2 large green bell peppers.

1 tablespoon minced garlic.

2 tablespoons of canola oil.

3 cups water.

1 Tablespoon of gravy master

cornstarch to thicken sauce.

Directions

in a large skillet heat canola oil and add your sirloin strips, sauté beef until browned then add your onion and minced garlic cook for about 2 minutes then add your water and gravy master. Cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender. When the steak is almost done add in your green peppers let them cook in until translucent add more if needed. Last step is to mix a little cold water with corn starch making a slurry add that into the pepper steak making a light gravy. Be careful on how much cornstarch you add. the more you add the thicker the gravy gets.
